R777 is an online gaming platform built for Indian players, with a fast odds engine, real-time cricket markets, a live casino and instant UPI payouts. The "R" is our brand and "777" is our lucky number. These terms set the ground rules so that everyone knows where they stand. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

When you sign up, log in, deposit, place a bet, or use the R777 Pro APK, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you accept them. If you are using R777 on behalf of nobody but yourself, which is the only permitted way, you also confirm that everything you tell us during registration is true. Eligibility

You may only use R777 if you meet all of these conditions:

• Age — you are 18 years or older. This is strict and non-negotiable.
• Location — online real-money gaming is legal in the state where you live and play. Laws differ across India, and in some states this kind of gaming is restricted or banned, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland and Sikkim. Other states may change their rules over time.
• Capacity — you are legally able to enter into this agreement and you are not barred from gambling for any reason.

It is your responsibility to check the law where you are before you play. If you sign up from a place where R777 is not permitted, you are breaking these terms and we may close your account.

Your Account

Each person may hold one account only. Multiple accounts are not allowed and are one of the fastest ways to have your funds frozen. Keep your username and password private, because you are responsible for everything that happens under your login. If you think someone else has your details, contact us immediately so we can secure the account.

To withdraw funds, you must complete KYC verification. This means confirming your identity with documents such as your PAN. This step protects you and helps us follow Indian law. We may ask for verification at any time, and we may hold a withdrawal until it is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

You can add money using UPI, starting from ₹100 per deposit. Deposits usually reflect in your balance in real time. Withdrawals are paid back to the same UPI method you deposited from, once your account is verified. We do this so that money always returns to its rightful owner.

We may set minimum and maximum limits, and we may apply reasonable checks before releasing a payout, especially for large amounts or where we spot unusual activity. We will never charge you a hidden fee to withdraw your own winnings. Keep your registered UPI details up to date so payouts are not delayed.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time we offer bonuses, free bets and promotions. Each one comes with its own rules, including wagering requirements that tell you how much you need to bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Always read the specific terms of an offer before you claim it.

Bonuses are meant to make playing more fun, not to be gamed. Trying to abuse a promotion, for example by opening multiple accounts, placing risk-free bets against yourself, or exploiting a loophole, will result in the bonus and any related winnings being removed, and may lead to your account being closed. We reserve the right to change or withdraw a promotion at any time.

Fair Play

R777 only works if the games are fair for everyone. You agree not to:

• Use bots or software — no automated tools, scripts or programs to place bets or gain an edge.
• Collude — no working with other players against the platform or against other users.
• Multi-account — no second or third accounts under any name.
• Exploit errors — if you spot a bug or a pricing mistake, report it rather than milk it.

Our casino and game outcomes are decided by a random number generator (RNG) that is independently audited for fairness. Once a bet is settled, the result is final, except where an obvious error has occurred, in which case we may correct it.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

The R777 name, the "777" branding, our logo, the design of this site and the R777 Pro APK, along with the text, graphics and code, all belong to R777 or our licensors. You may use them only as part of normally using the platform. You may not copy, republish, resell or reverse-engineer any part of R777 without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

R777 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep the platform fast and online, but we cannot promise it will never have downtime, delays or errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, R777 is not liable for money you lose through betting, for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our control such as network outages or third-party failures. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with our support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts. Where local state law prohibits online real-money gaming, that law applies to you, and you should not use the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows or as the law changes. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and for major changes we will make a reasonable effort to tell you.
